Why We Exist

The Vail Valley is home to active, independent older adults who want to remain connected to the people, places, and lifestyles they love. Many continue skiing, hiking, traveling, volunteering, and leading engaged lives well into later years.
But when support becomes necessary, families often discover that aging in mountain communities presents unique challenges. Geographic distance, winter weather, transportation logistics, limited caregiver availability, and family members living out of state can make it difficult to coordinate dependable support while preserving independence at home.
